"I now understand why you've emphasized just focusing on eating right first. I've been having trouble consistently thinking about and planning for three proper meals a day, plus snacks as needed. The idea of throwing supplements in there right now would be CRAZY. I've been letting the motto: "if our ancestors didn't eat it 10,000 years ago, don't eat it" guide me. Bread is so far the only thing I've not cut out. I still consume about a loaf a week of this multigrain bread. So anyway, I have been doing the daily walk, breathing thru my nose thing, and that's been wonderful. Some days I do that AND go to the gym at night and swim. I try to walk between 11am and 1pm so I can get my sunlight for the day too. "However, the first time I ate a breakfast that didn't cause me to eat twice as much as usual during the day was yesterday, when I had an all-protein/fat breakfast of sausages, eggs fried in butter and 2 fresh tomatoes sliced up.
